Tuition for the 2012 - 2013 academic year is $300.00 per semester credit hour for matriculating students.  Non-matriculating students pay $350.00 per credit hour.  Courses can be audited for $200.00 per credit hour. These tuition rates are subject to change in subsequent years.

Material Fees are $15.00 per credit hour*.

Book Costs for the entire program are approximately $1400.00, the majority of which will be purchased before the first semester.

Equipment Costs are approximately $150.00.

Refund Policy

1. For any applicant whose application is not accepted by Birthwise, all but $25.00 of the application fee will be refunded.
2. In the case of a student who requests cancellation and/ or refund within two (2) weeks after signing of the Enrollment Agreement, the school shall cancel the agreement and return all but $150.00 of the confirmation monies paid to the school by the student.
3. In the case of termination or withdrawal of a student after classes commence, the school may retain the student enrollment fee and the student application fee.
4. Tuition will be prorated and refunded during the first 60% of each semester. After that, no refunds will be granted.
5. If a student has paid any tuition, fees and other charges for enrollment periods of programs which extend beyond one school year, 12 calendar months, any payment which does not apply to the school year when the student withdraws or terminates shall be refunded in full to the student.
6. Refunds shall be made within thirty (30) days after the effective date of withdrawal or termination.
   

Housing 

Dormitory space is available to 4 students enrolled in the original program and is located in the Birthwise facility. This is rented to students on need and first come first serve basis for $350.00 per month for a single room and $200.00 for a double room (includes heat, electricity, wireless internet service and water). A full academic year commitment must be made when renting dorm rooms. No pets are allowed.

Other students are given assistance in finding rental housing in the area.
