Mama Yoga offers pregnant women a safe and gentle practice to nurture
their body, mind, and spirit through the childbearing year. Yoga meets the
unique journey of pregnancy with mindfulness and fosters, strength,
flexibility, balance, along with peace of mind while cultivating steady
endurance needed for the journey of your changing body, labor, birth, and
motherhood. Yoga postures are modified as each woman moves through the
growth of her baby and her changing body. No yoga experience is necessary.
Fridays 10:15 to 11:30 am
Classes taught by Suzanne Silvermoon, LPN, Cert. Therapeutic Yoga Practitioner, and graduate of
Birthwise Midwifery School. Suzanne teaches yoga that nourishes our multidimensional nature with
mindfulness to help her students gain the most from yoga while remaining safe in their practice.
