Mama Baby Yoga is a playful and easygoing yoga practice
designed for a treasured time of life as you embrace new
motherhood, and heal your postpartum body. Connect with other
Moms who are experiencing the joys and challenges of new
motherhood while having fun with your baby. The yoga postures
help you gain core strength, maintain flexibility, nurture stamina and balance in your body,
mind and spirit. Most women can begin Mama Baby Yoga at around 4 to 8 weeks
postpartum, but if you are not certain if you are ready, check with your care provider.
Classes are most beneficial to mom and baby from newborn to early toddling.
